A More Typical Saturday

Yesterday the National Trust opened several of their properties to the public for free. Generally, you need a membership or to pay admission, but not yesterday. So, we decided to check out Oxburgh Hall, which turns out to be pretty close to where we live. We had a good time. It's been a while since we took in a castle or stately home, so it was fun to get out and see a new one. It wasn't the sunniest day, and our picnic got spoiled by rain, but we were glad to get out after what seemed like one of the crappiest winters we've experienced so far.
